On Wednesday 3 September, Stage 2 of the Lloyds Tour of Britain Men's cycle race sped through Babergh and Mid Suffolk, starting and finishing in Stowmarket.  The route took the cyclists through Great Waldingfield so we took our KS2 children down to watch. The children loved seeing the police cars and bikes come through first. The police loved seeing the children and all beeped their horns and turned on their sirens for them. They then cheered on the cyclists and were amazed at how many there were and how quickly they were going. It may have been a touch soggy, but we didn't let the weather dampen our enthusiasm!
